The Tastiest Cranberry Turkey Pinwheels for Your Bash

With Thanksgiving is behind us, I’m now staring at a fridge full of leftovers that need a new spin.

(And yes, I did freeze a lot of my turkey to last many many weeks later).

Turkey cranberry pinwheels are my favorite way to keep things fresh and exciting after the big feast.

They’re a fun, easy way to turn leftover turkey into something my family actually gets excited to eat.

The creamy cheese, sweet-tart cranberries, and savory turkey all wrapped up in a soft spinach tortilla make for the perfect little bites.

These pinwheels are more than just a quick lunch—they can be used as snacks or appetizers when friends drop by during the holiday season.

My kids love them because they’re easy to grab and eat, and I love them because they’re colorful, festive, and don’t feel like the same old leftovers.

They’re proof that even after Thanksgiving, you can still keep the holiday flavors going without getting bored.

How to Make Cranberry Turkey Pinwheels

Here’s what you need to make this incredibly yummy pinwheel finger food!

  • 4 large spinach wraps
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 9 oz container, thin sliced turkey lunchmeat
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • Splash of Ranch dressing (optional)

How to Make Cranberry Turkey Pinwheels

Grab a spinach wrap and spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese across the surface.

Next, sprinkle on some dried cranberries, a handful of feta crumbles, and a dash of diced green onions. You can add Ranch dressing at this time if you want. I always like to dress up my pinwheels!

Repeat the same steps for the rest of your wraps.

Lay out your spinach wrap and layer it with slices of turkey, making sure to cover it evenly.

Starting at one edge, roll it up tightly all the way to the other side.

Once it’s rolled, wrap it in plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour or until you’re ready to serve.

When it’s time to serve, take off the plastic wrap and use a serrated knife to slice the roll into 1-inch pieces.

Arrange the pinwheels flat on a serving platter to make them look as good as they taste.

These turkey cranberry pinwheels bring bold colors and amazing flavors to the table, making them a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Gather your ingredients and whip up this easy appetizer that’s sure to wow everyone at your next get-together!
