One-Pot Ground Turkey Pasta Recipes

Feel free to customize and change up these ground turkey recipes if you don’t have all the ingredients (like I do most nights!).
1. Ground Turkey and Spinach Pasta
Whenever I can “hide” veggies in a meal, I’m all in and this ground turkey and spinach pasta dinner fits the bill.
To make this, brown ground turkey in a large pot, then toss in some garlic and a handful of fresh spinach.
Go ahead and add in your favorite pasta – I like penne – and a bit of chicken broth or water, then cook until the pasta is tender.
Finish the dish with some grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
You can serve this dinner with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
2. One-Pot Turkey Bolognese
No one will miss the ground beef in this recipe!
With your browned ground turkey meat, add onions, garlic and some crushed tomatoes.
Add some Italian seasoning and simmer until all the flavors come together.
While your bolognese simmers, boil some water for your pasta.
Once finished, serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil.
3. Ground Turkey Stroganoff
Whenever I make stroganoff I always tell my kids, “oh it’s a hearty casserole.” For some reason, they don’t like the term stroganoff.

Pour in some beef broth and add a bit of sour cream, and let it simmer until it looks creamy.
Toss in egg noodles and cook until they’re tender, and then add to the ground turkey.

Next, stir in uncooked orzo, chicken broth, and a can of diced tomatoes, then bring it to a simmer.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley or feta cheese before serving.
