This honey butter chicken is a total winner—crispy, sweet, juicy, and tender, all ready in just 30 minutes! What I love most about this recipe is that it’s not deep-fried. Instead, it’s shallow-fried, which means less oil and a lighter feel without sacrificing any flavor. You’re going to adore this dish!

2/3cupflour
1tspKosher salt
1/4tspBlack pepper
1tspgarlic powder
3Tblolive oil or vegetable oil
For the honey butter sauce
1/2cuphoney
100gmsunsalted butter
2clovesgarlic
2Tblsoy sauce (light or regular)
Instructions
In a big bowl or a wide plate, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss in the chicken chunks and ensure they’re well-coated with the flour mixture
Next, heat some oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken, turning it occasionally, until it’s crispy and golden brown on the outside.
Once it’s done, take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside on a plate while you prepare the sauce.
In that same pan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add in the honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Give it a good stir and let it cook for about two minutes until the sauce starts to bubble
Now, add the chicken back into the pan with the sauce and mix everything together. Cook for another minute to let that delicious sauce cling to the chicken. Serve it hot and enjoy every tasty bite!
